“We have a tendency to think a lot into the future and that leads to fear and paralysing effect where nothing gets started. A better way is to just focus on the next thing to do that is right in front of you and forget about stuff so far in the future. This thought emerged when I read this story about in page 152 (Right thing, Right now) .


“A boy who comes upon a beach that is covered in starfish, hundreds, thousands of them washed up on shore. He begins to throw them one by one, back into sea. “It doesn’t matter an adult tells him”, You’ll never even make a dent in this”, “It matters to this starfish”, the boy says and he rescues another one
